Stacy and Libby have to be the cutest couple known to man. I mean really? Anyway! Stacy contacted me wanting to ensure he had a photographer to capture his French Quarter proposal to Libby. The sky turned dark and rain JUST avoided Jackson Square when he popped the question. Perfect proposal, perfect couple.. and that ring though 😉
